The leaves are turning!





 An iffy week ahead weatherwise. Tuesday highs in the 90's, Friday highs in the 60's, with possible rain on Wednesday and Thursday. Plan accordingly.

The week of October 6 through 9 allowed four days of play with an average attendance of 15 per day. Here are the box scores and a few pics.

Tuesday Oct 6

Floyd and Scott tie for Medalist honors with +4's. Tom shoots under par again with 39 points.

Keith wins his 3rd CTP and Rick's birdie on #17 takes the Random Skin.




Scott, KZ, and Jeff check their balls before teeing off on Tuesday.




Wednesday Oct 7

Doc celebrates his 78 years.



 

Nobody won the car, but everyone enjoyed the food and drink post-round.

Scott double jumps with the day's top net score of +7. His team takes Front 9 and Total. Glen, Clint, Ray, and Butch take Wednesday's side games. Clint wins the CTP, his 10th this year, and a straight wins them the Card Game.

Others with solid rounds include Clint and KZ at +5 and Doc, Roger, and Wayne with +4.




Thursday Oct 8

Brandon claims top prize on Medalist Thursday with a +6 while Tom goes under par again with 37 points.

Glen breaks his CTP drought with his first win since April! He now has 12 on the season.



Leroy enjoys a day-old brownie.




Friday Oct 9

An 'Average Day' best describes the last round of this week. Of the 12 players today, 10 maintained their number while only 1 Bud's Boy went up and only one went down. Final Team scores reflected as such with all teams between plus and minus 2.

  Meet the 3 teams of the 2026 edition of Birdie Bingo after a review of this week's play! Tuesday June 23 Randy, Clint, Floyd, and Butch all record plus scores to give the foursome 3 of today's 5 events. Randy's +6 is Medalist best score and Clint wins his 7th CTP. Monday May 11

  May has started with 3 days in the books. Details after a couple of notes. Leroy spoke to Rodney on Sunday, he was able to sit up in a chair. Says he is doing a little better. Appreciate the update from Leroy. If you read last Sunday's flashback to 2022, you know Mark Roger was preparing for bypass surgery. Another flashback to 2022 below for the result. Spoiler Alert; Roger came through just fine just in case you hadn't noticed he is still playing regularly. Wednesday May 6 The first playing day in May was a little sparse as many BB's were at Bent Creek for the SEMO SR tournament. The above mentioned Roger is Medalist with a +5 and Clint wins the CTP. A flush wins the card game. Thursday May 7, Medalist Day The A games came out today in the chase for Thursday Medalist. A +5, two +6's, and even a +7 was no match for today's ultimate victor.
