Sunday January 25
BB's Winter Storm Update
We have chosen Wednesday (if clubhouse is open) for a lunch meeting at 11:30!
Sunday Jan 25
As of 9:30 Sunday morning, looks like we dodged 'what could have been'. A few more hours to go but trying to think positive.
Only one game this week, definitely surprised more didn't show up for a very playable Thursday.
Scott and Randy Royal Flushed Glen and Bill H, taking all 5 events.
Randy won the CTP and his +1 edged the Even scores tallied by Scott and Bill H. for the Thursday Medalist.
This seems to be a good time to go back in the archives for some extra reading material. We go back to the last two days of 2021.
You are now entering the Time Portal to the year 2021!
December 30, 2021
Another cool, damp day in the 50's brought out 11 brave golfers on the next to last day of the year.
Allen on 6
Mark and Randy celebrate their 2 birdies on 11
Yes, that is our own Mikey chugging a Fireball! Funny thing is we didn't even birdie, but he was tired of waiting! (What have we done to innocent Mikey; we are bad influences)
This is Mark and Scott rushing in to catch him when he started to wobble

Final Round of 2021, Photos from Jeff, Ask Bud's Boys, New Year's Resolutions, and More!
A full house of 16 players teed up on the last day of 2021only to be flushed by the pair of Allen (+10) and Josh (+8). Tom A contributed +5 to the team for a Whopping team total of +23 (Gary was the only honest golfer on the team getting his points on the nose). Play today was stellar as only Brandon saw his number go down, d***it. Photos furnished by Doc.

The Marks, Doc and Roger
Glen's CTP for team 3 and the Rabbit for team 4 kept team 2 from sweeping. Allen's +10 earns Medalist, Tom A most points at 35.
Doc Takes CTP Title
Doc takes CTP with final total of 19. Glen came up 2 short with 17.
For his victory Mark was awarded a $250.00 dollar gift card to Zaxby's of Cape Girardeau. Glen did not leave empty handed as a contribution in his name was given to the Human Fund. Congrats gentlemen!
Florida Photos from JeffThis was his Christmas morning pic. His next pictures need no explanation.
Ask Bud's Boy's
Billie Jo is back with another question:Hey Bud's Boys, I think my Pro is trying to pull one over on me. I had a problem seeing the proper line and he suggested the following. This seems a little extreme and he had me try it several times. Is he on the level?
Well, my dear Billie Jo, I will say this. Our group has many putting routines. Norm and Westy like the one knee down, Glen likes to step off his distance. I myself have recently started something new. I make sure my 2nd putt is close enough to tap in my 3rd. My point is that there are many methods but if I were you, I would disregard his advice in this case.

New Year's Resolutions
Norm: My New Year's Resolution is to wear socks with my sandals.
Rodney: I am going to hit a solid iron shot or else.
Leroy: I am going to wear less yellow this year. Wait, I meant more yellow, that's what I meant.
Mikey: I am only going to fireball after birdies, maybe.
Allen: Not let pockets hang below the hem of my shorts.
Brandon: I am going to put a quarter in the swear jar after every outburst on the course. (We're gonna need a bigger jar)
Jeff: I resolve to keep it under 90 mph, at least through Perry County
