Happy Mother's Day to everyone. I trust we are all treating the mothers in our lives like the queens they deserve to be treated. Hard to believe my own has been gone 41 years, but the 27 I lived with her are still as vivid as can be. Today might be Mother's Day, but Friday was certainly Mudder's Day. A seven-day layoff for BB's as our course was recovering from the deluge of constant rain. Though most of the course was okay, many swings today produced a spray of mud and water. The layoff combined with the conditions made plus golf a challenge. Tom's Medalist best +5 and Shelly's +3 were the only scores that moved their hcp# upward. No team finished plus in any of the FBT categories. Butch wins the CTP and Doc turns 2-pair in the Card Game to give their team 2 events today despite having the worst score of the 4 teams. Happy St Patrick's Day everyone. Today's edition has the final results from Thursday and Friday's rather small turnouts. But first, something new we are trying. Many of you know today is the day the NCAA Tournament is revealed, and everyone starts filling out their brackets. Well, forget Kentucky and Kansas or Purdue or whoever! The real March Madness will take place at Kimbeland CC. Read on and fill out your bracket. The person who best predicts the outcome of all the matches will get some yet undetermined special prize, fitting the magnitude of such an event. Here are the participants and their region. In the Allen Hill Regional, Allen himself will square off with Randy. The winner will face the survivor of the Glen vs. KZ matchup. In the Andy McIntosh Regional, Doc and Jeff will meet, with the winner playing either Raymond or Leroy for the regional final. The Bud Marshall Regional has Scott and Roger facing off with the winner going up against the Bob vs. Tom match. T
