Bingo Winners Collect Their Prize



Four of the six winners were present for the prize presentation. Leroy spoke for the group by saying,

"It's not how well you play, boys, it's how well your teammates play!"

Victory Party Planned Next Tuesday (May 23)

The winners are graciously providing drinks and appetizers Tuesday for all players after the round. 


June Bingo News

By popular demand, we will have a June edition of Birdie Bingo. Teams will be selected using handicap numbers at the close of play Friday May 26. Birdies will count starting Tuesday May 30. We already have 14 players signed up and entry fee paid (still $5). Let me know if you want to be part of the excitement. Remember, you must be signed up and paid by May 26.

Wacky Wednesday Results

Westy is easily the 'Player of the Day". He hits all 5 par 3 greens to add to his team total of 12 cards. He then turns over a full house to squash a straight and a flush from the other contenders.

His +2 contributes to a win on the Front and a tie for Total.

He finishes the day with his 2nd CTP of the season, capping a most successful day.

Allen wins his 2nd straight Medal with a +6. Jeff turns in a +5 and Rodney a +3 to round out the best scores of the day.

New Years News Bits- Opening Day 2025 We have coverage of the first two days of the new 2025 season along with a look back at 2024. Plenty of pictures from several different contributors of the winter storm to pass your time. Maybe we should throw in a couple bucks and make your prediction of when the next Bud's Boys round will be played. It is good to be back up and running with my new computer. The geek salesman assured me this computer will be much faster. Honestly though, I seem to type just as slow as before. Thursday Lunch Proposal How about we meet again this Thursday (11:00) if there is no golf. We had a good turnout this past week and I propose we do it again this Thursday.
