Record Turnout Takes Advantage of 70's November Temps!

We had a season high 23 players on the tee box this morning. Jackets and long sleeve shirts were gone in only a few minutes after starting in sunshine and quickly rising temps. Today's roster included KeyZ, back from a 2-week trip east, and Bill who returned from a 7-week recovery from surgery. They both did well fighting off the rust by getting close to their number. We were also joined by newcomer Ron, who handled the 1st tee pressure......


by striping one 300 yds (100 yds + - margin of error) down the middle. 


A respectable +3 in his debut earned our respect, but not our money. Welcome to the group Ron!

Speaking of money, we had our largest purse of the year with the 23 contributors. 


Time to see how it was spread around.

Tuesday Results

Tom wins Co-Medalist and total points (+4, 37), carding 6 birdies on the day. Unfortunately, his teammates didn't produce enough to claim a team prize.

Andy wins CTP and his group front loads its points to win opening nine and take 2 of the 4 events. Bob's Co-Medalist +4 and Shelly's +3 leads their team to Back and Total.


Doc and Clint Remind Everyone to Attend Raymond's BD Party Tomorrow!

Warning! Following results have a couple typo/omission errors that I was too lazy to correct and re-post. Bob should be credited in scorecard as co-medalist and Westy's team was actually +4 -9 -5.

New Years News Bits- Opening Day 2025 We have coverage of the first two days of the new 2025 season along with a look back at 2024. Plenty of pictures from several different contributors of the winter storm to pass your time. Maybe we should throw in a couple bucks and make your prediction of when the next Bud's Boys round will be played. It is good to be back up and running with my new computer. The geek salesman assured me this computer will be much faster. Honestly though, I seem to type just as slow as before. Thursday Lunch Proposal How about we meet again this Thursday (11:00) if there is no golf. We had a good turnout this past week and I propose we do it again this Thursday.  Bud's Boys Count Your Blessings Issue Everyday should be a 'CYB' day but some days you realize it a little more. More on that later. Halloween is coming soon, and we have the Coors golfer haunting our course. Friday Rabbit Chase The greens were fast and furious once more and the total group score of minus 24 reflected as much. Kudos to Doc (+4) and Dean (+3) for shooting on the plus side of their handicap numbers in the tough conditions. Special shout out to Glen and Butch for breaking their streaks of minus golf with a +3 for Butch and a Medalist best +5 for Glen. Butch jarred his birdie putt on hole #9 to catch the Rabbit.
