Monday Results

We had 11 for a cool but sunny Monday that resulted in mostly positive play. All 3 teams were plus on the front. Two teams followed that up with plus sides on the back also. The 3rd team? More on that in a minute.

Scott takes Medalist with a +6, directing his team to victory on the front. Other top performances included Shelly +5, Clint and Rick at +3, good enough to take Back and Total (Butch helped also). They pose in front of their 4 drives on 13 (Shelly had to take the picture).

Doc wins the CTP to give every team a piece of their money back.

Back to the subject of Team 3. They turn in a respectable +3 on the front giving them high hopes for the back 9. My oh my whatever did they drink at the turn to cause a 22-point reversal, while the other teams continued to stay on the plus side. This stunning occurrence has yet to be explained, maybe for the best, but at least they showed a flair for symmetry. Twelve pars. Twelve bogeys, and twelve doubles for a nifty -19. Golf's unpredictability at its best, or in this case its worst.
